This
delicious
Greek
dish
with
feta
cheese,
can
be
a
great
starter
for
a
fish
meal.
Can
be
cooked
with
tomato
without
feta
or
with
white
sauce.
Here
you
can
try
my
favorite
version.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
100 ml olive oil
1 red pepper in very small cubes
1 yelow pepper chopped in very small cubes
1 medium inion also choped like peppers
1 garlic smashed
1/2 cup of white wine
3 tbs Dijon mustard
500 gr mussels without cell
A handfull of parsley
200 gr feta cheese in small cubes
Red, black pepper and salt
Instructions:
1. In a large caucepan stir well with olive oil peppers onion and garlic
2. Add the wine and let boil a bit
3. Add the mussels with mustard and add also whater till they are covered
4. Let it boil well minimum 7 mins
5. Add the parsley and the feta cheese
6. Season with red and black pepper and add a bit salt
